Basalt Angel~ CRBSLTA1. Volcanic Basalt is often filled with holes, called vugs. These vugs sometimes fill with other minerals, quartz, olivine, feldspar and others...every piece is unique! Basalt reminds us not to "sink" into despair when faced with "heavy" problems, gives insight into negative situations and to adequate responses such that an experience does not require repeating in order to satisfy a karmic burden,  lights the fire of creativity within the soul, bringing to fruition the quests upon which one has longed to travel, a "stone of resolution", bringing the unresolved to completion, can also stimulate the insight to more creative ways of expressing difficult things, a wonderful grounding and protective stone, providing a connection from the base of the spine to the heart of the Earth, disperses unloving thoughts that arise from within the self or are directed towards ones physical form. 93mm x  70mm x  26mm
